Sam began her career as a licensed real estate salesperson at RIPCO Real Estate in September of 2024. She focuses on retail leasing and specializes in landlord and tenant representation throughout New Jersey, where she works alongside Executive Vice President Florian Suserman. Sam initially joined RIPCO as an intern in the NJ office in September 2023, a position that provided her with invaluable insights into the business of brokerage.
A graduate with honors from Montclair State University, Sam earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. During her senior year, she served as Vice President of the Real Estate Society. In this role, she planned and organized events for members which educated them about the industry, enabled members to explore various career paths, and network with real estate professionals.
Born and raised in Bergen County, she leverages her extensive knowledge of the local market to benefit her clients. Sam enjoys spending time with family and friends, being active, reading, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.
