Sam Paniello

Sam Paniello joined RIPCO Real Estate’s Miami office in May 2024 as an Associate. Prior to joining RIPCO, Sam was an Associate at ACRE, supporting all aspects of the business. In his time with ACRE, Sam developed and implemented ACRE’s in-house canvassing research program, worked on the statewide expansion of multiple new-to-market restaurant concepts, and consulted on the transition to brick-and-mortar for a major online retailer.

Sam graduated from the Master of Science in International Real Estate program at the Florida International University’s Hollo School of Real Estate. While pursuing his graduate degree, Sam participated in multiple international case studies involving projects across all asset classes in several global markets. While continuing his education, Sam interned for ACRE in their Downtown Miami office, studying the complex markets of South Florida in combination with his academic coursework.

Also holding a bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Florida, Sam has experience in enterprise-level sales, public relations, and marketing across multiple industries.

Sam is a Florida-licensed real estate sales associate and an International Council of Shopping Centers member.
