Liz Higgins

Liz Higgins joined RIPCO Real Estate’s Miami office in May 2024 as a Director. Prior to joining RIPCO, Liz served as a Director at ACRE Commercial Real Estate, where she specialized in landlord and tenant representation. Her impressive wealth of industry experience combined with insightful market knowledge has been gained through living in Miami throughout her career.

Before joining ACRE in 2021, Liz had been Associate Vice President, Retail for Brightline/Virgin Trains in Miami. Having led the critical leasing effort of over 150,000 square feet of retail space, she also directed the property management and marketing for the mixed-use project, optimizing value and gaining exposure for the entire project. Prior to that role, Liz spent 7 years with Terranova Corporation in Miami Beach. After beginning as a part-time intern, she impressed to become Leasing Assistant, and soon progressed to Commercial Associate responsible for the leasing efforts of assigned properties including new deals, renewals, and relocations for a mix of suburban and high street retail real estate portfolios.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Liz has given her time to voluntarily be involved on the Retail Committee for Coral Gables Business Improvement District, as well as the ICSC, Miami-Dade Program Committee and Habitat for Humanity.

Liz is a Florida licensed real estate sales associate and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
