Michael J. Fasano, an industry veteran with 20-plus years’ commercial real estate experience, is a Managing Partner with RIPCO Real Estate. He started with RIPCO in 2020 and oversees the company’s investment sales platform along with debt & structured finance.
Michael was previously with Marcus & Millichap where he held the position of First Vice President. He is responsible for growing the firm’s investment sales division throughout its nine offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida.
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He is also a graduate of Seton Hall University .
