Mary Schwagerl joined RIPCO Real Estate in January 2022. As an Associate in the Manhattan office, she is committed to helping the visions of both landlords and tenants come to fruition.
Mary currently represents some of Manhattan’s top landlord’s including SL Green, RXR, Moinan Group, K Property Group, Olnick Oranization, Meadow Partners and William Gottlieb Real Estate. While representing these landlords she has successfully negotiated deals with several high-profile tenants including Topdrawer, Hotworx, Joe & The Juice and Schott.
On the tenant side Mary has worked closely with Physique 57’s Manhattan expansion, as well as numerous restaurant tenants. She prides herself on understanding the needs of her clients and delivering on those needs to achieve exceptionally high customer satisfaction.
Mary graduated from the University of Maryland where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Real Estate Development. She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
