Kyle is a Managing Director at RIPCO based in the Brooklyn, NY office, where he specializes in tenant and landlord representation across the New York City market. He works primarily in retail and industrial leasing, representing tenants and landlords of all sizes and across all industries. With over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate in New York and Washington, DC, Kyle focuses on all aspects of the real estate industry and providing tailored real estate strategies for his clients.
Before his current role, Kyle was a Director of retail leasing at TerraCRG, where he brought a strategic, hands-on approach to tenant and landlord representation across Brooklyn’s dynamic retail and industrial landscape.
Previously, Kyle worked on the investment sales and retail leasing teams at Lee & Associates. There, he represented national buyers and sellers in transactions across a variety of asset classes, including multi-family, retail, development, net lease, and hotel. Kyle also worked as a retail leasing Specialist, handling both tenant and landlord representation throughout the East Coast and providing end-to-end leasing and advisory services.
Before his time at Lee & Associates, Kyle held Senior Associate roles in Transwestern’s Washington, DC and New York City offices. At Transwestern, he worked primarily on office and retail leasing throughout both markets.
Originally from the Washington, D.C. Metro Area, Kyle is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. He now resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and is passionate about the intersection of real estate, design, and community development, helping his clients navigate New York City’s evolving landscape and neighborhoods.
