Michael Yavner is a Managing Director at RIPCO Real Estate, where he focuses on commercial real estate capital markets, debt and equity placement, C-PACE financing, and capital stack strategy.
Michael works closely with developers, owners, investors, family offices, lenders, and institutional capital providers to structure and source financing across development, acquisition, refinancing, and value-add transactions, originating and executing assignments across a range of asset classes including multifamily, condominium, hospitality, mixed-use, and office.
His work spans senior construction financing, bridge and permanent debt, structured and stretch senior capital, preferred equity, mezzanine financing, joint venture equity, and other customized solutions, and he brings significant expertise in C-PACE financing, working directly with developers and owners to incorporate C-PACE where it can reduce the blended cost of capital, increase proceeds, or replace more expensive sources of capital.
Prior to focusing on commercial real estate capital markets, Michael spent more than two decades in wealth management, institutional business development, and high-net-worth advisory roles with firms including Northern Trust, BNY Mellon, Safra National Bank, UBS PaineWebber, and Prudential Securities, giving him a strong foundation in relationship management, sophisticated client advisory work, and long-cycle business development.
Throughout his career his approach has remained consistent: build trusted relationships, understand what matters to the client, bring the right people and capital to the table, and execute. Michael is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
