Jake Schneider began his career as a licensed real estate salesperson at RIPCO Real Estate in May 2026, where he focuses on retail leasing throughout New Jersey. He works alongside Executive Vice President Joe AmecAngelo, gaining hands-on experience and insight to help deliver strong results for both landlords and tenants.
Jake earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Monmouth University, where he was also a member of the university’s lacrosse team.
His interest in real estate developed at an early age, influenced by his mother’s career in residential real estate. He further built on this foundation through his experience as an intern with Metro Commercial in the Greater Philadelphia Area where he gained exposure to retail leasing and market dynamics.
Raised in Ocean City New Jersey, Jake offers clients a solid understanding of the local market and brings a motivated, client-focused approach to every assignment. Outside of work, he enjoys going to the beach, playing golf, and spending time with friends and family.
