Dillon Ross joined RIPCO Real Estate in January 2023, assuming the role of Associate. In this role, he fervently dedicates himself to identifying new business opportunities and specializes in representing both landlords and tenants.

Before RIPCO, Dillon refined his real estate acumen at The Corcoran Group. Here, he demonstrated exceptional prowess in residential sales and leasing, providing comprehensive support to a varied client base encompassing buyers, sellers, renters, and investors, aiding them through the intricacies of the real estate market.

Dillon distinguishes himself with a creative and forward-thinking approach to real estate, underpinned by a commitment to digital innovation. His profound understanding of digital marketing enables him to deliver significant value to landlords and tenants alike, emphasizing concept development, site selection, and strategic canvassing initiatives.

His foundational experience in the hospitality sector significantly shaped his career path, a journey greatly influenced by his early involvement in his family’s catering and restaurant venture, David Alan Caterers. This background imbued him with a strong ethos of diligence, exceptional hospitality, and the development of lasting client relationships, all while addressing their most exacting requirements.

A native of Livingston, New Jersey, Dillon proudly holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from the Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in both New York and New Jersey. His professional affiliations include membership in the Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) Retail Committee and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
