Wayfair will soon make its debut in the Sunshine State at The Galleria Mall in Fort Lauderdale.
The Boston-based home goods retailer has signed a long-term lease for 94,000 SF across two levels, with an opening slated for late 2027.
The deal represents one of the first major commitments since the property’s $86 million acquisition last year.
