After years of anticipation, Tatte Bakery & Cafe is officially coming to Connecticut!
RIPCO is proud to have represented Tatte in its lease at the Corbin District in Darien, where the beloved café will open its first Connecticut location.
The Corbin District has been years in the making, with a vision to create a downtown that feels authentic, walkable, and built around the community.
With its town green, public gathering spaces, Class A office space, residences, and curated retail, Tatte is a natural addition for bringing people together.
