Esther has exceeded over $200 million in lease transactions and completed over 75 leases for national drugstore chains in the NYC metropolitan area. Her work emphasizes market analysis, research and location intelligence. She has completed deals with numerous retailers and owners such as TJX Companies, Aldi, CVS, Dollar Tree Stores, Autozone, Vornado, EquityOne and Acadia Realty Trust.
