Robert Rivani’s Black Lion will soon welcome Philippe by Philippe Chow to One Ocean in South Beach, Miami. The legendary restaurant known for its Beijing-style dishes and fine-dining Chinese cuisine signed a 15 year lease to occupy the 13,500+ SF restaurant space, with plans to open in the second quarter of 2024. This will be Philippe by Philippe Chow’s southern flagship in the United States. RIPCO Miami’s Executive Managing Director Jeremy Modest and Director Ryan Tucker represented Philippe Chow in the deal.
