In a recent interview with the Jacksonville Business Journal, Director of Investment Sales Joseph H. Simpson and Executive Vice President Ari Ravi discuss why they joined RIPCO and future plans for expansion across the Florida region.
Simpson:
“Before, I worked in a solo capacity, of course it was incredibly collaborative with people all over the state, but to have a statewide team able to serve clients across the state and with true expertise in each individual market is a real benefit for my clients.”
Ravi:
“The ultimate goal is to have not only boots on the ground but offices in Tampa, Miami, which we have, as well as Orlando, Jacksonville — the four major metros. Joe is our first agent outside of the markets where we have offices. The whole goal of this team is not to have super strict protected territories.”
