Sydney Schmitt joined RIPCO’s Long Island office in September 2025 as a retail leasing specialist, focusing on both tenant and landlord representation.
After graduating from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2022, Sydney began her career at KPMG, where she specialized in auditing real estate firms. That experience gave her a strong foundation in investment, valuation, and financial analysis – skills she now applies to her work in commercial real estate.
Born and raised on Long Island, Sydney has also worked for local businesses, giving her firsthand insight into the needs of the community she serves. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, baking, and exploring new fitness classes.
