Marty Arrivo, Executive Vice President, joined RIPCO’s Miami office in May 2024. He has over 21 years of retail real estate experience specializing in landlord and tenant representation, mixed-use development, corporate strategy, leasing and sales. As a Co-Founder of ACRE Real Estate, Marty has become a trusted market leader in Miami and throughout the state of Florida, known for his unique approach to executing complex assignments with personal involvement in almost 4 million square feet of transactions. Prior to founding ACRE, Marty spent 5 years as a Senior Managing Director at RKF and 7 years as a leasing representative for Kite Realty Group Trust.

Marty has been a driving force in shaping notable retail markets such as Brickell, The Miami Design District, Wynwood, West Palm Beach, Lincoln Road Mall, Las Olas Blvd, Sunset Harbor, Aventura, Sunrise, Delray Beach, Coconut Creek, Pembroke Pines, Naples, Tampa and Orlando with a distinguished list of accomplishments, numerous ground-up development projects, flagship store placements, mixed-use development consulting and pre-leasing roles, multi-market store rollouts, urban core redevelopments.

A notable accomplishment includes six years of consulting/ leasing for NYC-based Related Companies on the redevelopment and reposition of The Square district in West Palm Beach, FL, a $2.5B project covering 70-acres of prime urban core land with 2M+ SF of space. Marty has represented developers to arrange transactions with reputable retailers such as Whole Foods Market, iPic, Anthropologie, West Elm, Nike, Design Within Reach, Herman Miller, SGH, Maman, Pura Vida, Salty Donut, Sweetgreen, Shake Shack, Silverspot Cinemas, YETI, Free People, Urban Outfitters, Kendra Scott, Starbucks, Desigual, Superdry Store, DSW, Michael’s, Chase Bank, King’s Bowl.
