Lisa Ricca

Lisa Ricca joined RIPCO Real Estate’s New Jersey Office in 2018 and has over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage, dealing with tenants and landlords, as well as buyers and sellers, within all property types.

Lisa has developed a strong track record of analyzing the unique urban profile within many of New Jersey most densely populated gold coast markets which has allowed her to execute noteworthy deals throughout her ownership client base.

Lisa has a BA in Accounting from The George Washington University. She became a licensed CPA in NY state while working with TIAA/CREF as an internal auditor. After receiving her MS in Real Estate Investment from NYU, she began her career in real estate.

Lisa has been heavily involved in community work as a resident of Jersey City and as well as greater Hudson County since 1992. She is an active member of the Dante Aligheri Society of Jersey City and the Church of St Ann in Hoboken. Additionally, Lisa has done volunteer work for Palisade Emergency Residence Corporation (PERC) in Union City.

Lisa is a licensed real estate Broker in the NJ, with an LEED AP, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
