Kevin Louie is Vice President in the Investment Sales group at RIPCO Real Estate. Throughout his real estate career, he has been involved in the aggregate sale of over $2 billion in transactions in the capital markets. His experience covers a wide selection of asset classes and he has extensive knowledge in the Queens, Long Island, and New Jersey markets, as well as not-for-profit transactions.
Kevin Louie has over 22 years of real estate experience in varies roles with eleven years of experience in Investment Sales. Before joining RIPCO, Kevin worked as a Director of Capital Markets and Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield. Additionally, Kevin’s real estate experience includes bank transactions, title insurance, property management and acquisition.
Kevin is a member of the Queens Chamber of Commerce where he serves as the Chair of the Real Estate Committee, Board of Directors & Commercial Chair of Asian Real Estate Association of America New York East Chapter (AREAA), member of Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG), member of Long Island City Partnership (LICP), and member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Kevin enjoys all types of outdoor activities including golfing, snowboarding, hiking, running marathons and fitness races.
