Jon Corbiscello joins us from KW Commercial and Jeffery Realty Inc. He remains a consistent top performer in the industry and is often sought after by colleagues and clients for his expert opinion on real estate. Jon is regularly sited on NorthJersey.com and has appeared on CNN for his knowledge in the business. Mr. Corbiscello has been involved in several areas of real estate in the metro area and nationally throughout the past two decades.
Jon transitioned to Ripco after a short stay at KW Commercial and previously Jeffery Realty Inc. He has sold and leased over $70,000,000 in real estate transactions. Jon has represented institutional landlords such as Regency Centers and has closed transactions with many national tenants such as Chase, Goodwill, Dollar General, Urgent Care, Taco Bell, Popeye’s etc in addition to his investment sales and development deals. He will continue to serve as the master broker for Smoke Shack Burgers, Northeast Regional broker for Maaco and Meineke, and acts as the exclusive New Jersey broker for many concepts including but not limited to Pet Supplies Plus, The Suit Store Outlet, Windowrama, Pro Staff/ Twinboro PT, Coffee Corral, Ottomanelli’s Sporting Arms, Xtreme Energy all the Franworth brands. Jon is also a proud member of AIPAC and AREAA.
He has held the position of Managing Director and Vice President for two of New York City’s residential and commercial real estate firms where he led several sales teams. Jon has spent time in the mortgage industry and has extensive property management experience as a landlord. Specializing in educating his clients and having the ability to bring private finance to the table, Jon is sought after by many private investors.
Mr. Corbiscello is an active member of the United States Civil Air Patrol, also known as the United States Auxiliary Air Force. He holds the position of Mission Scanner on an aircrew, however he participates regularly in various roles to better serve the community. Jon is one of the original organizers of the first annual Navy SEAL Swim across the Hudson River in conjunction with Bill Brown and the GI-Go Fund. Jon regularly volunteers his time to help veterans and children’s organizations such as Jersey Cares.
