Jennifer Harrison joined Ripco in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience spanning brokerage, property management, tenant representation, and development approvals.
Jennifer began her career as a real estate paralegal before moving into property management, ultimately overseeing a national portfolio of more than 500 owned and leased assets for Toys“R”Us. She then joined Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey Retail team, where she worked as an extension of corporate tenants including AT&T and Cabela’s and performed leasing at prestigious projects such as Bell Works, The Plaza at Harmon Meadow, The Streets of Chester and other notable retail projects.
Jennifer stepped away from brokerage to lead entitlement efforts for major developers, Toll Brothers and Landmark Hospitality, coordinating professional teams and securing approvals for large scale developments throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Since returning in 2024, she has focused on tenant representation and franchise growth, completing transactions for Tim Hortons, Bobby’s Burgers, Fuel One, Blue Print Cookies, Smoothie King, LVIV Croissants, and The Back Nine. Jennifer will continue to provide excellent service to property owners and business entities to help them in meeting their real estate objectives.
Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University. She is a member of ICSC and holds a NJ Paralegal Certificate She recently relocated from Northern NJ to Monmouth County, where she enjoys spending time with her husband living close to the beach.
