Jeffrey Nable

Beginning his career in retail real estate in 1986, Jeffrey Nable has completed retail transactions throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. From large format players, such as Stew Leonard’s (whom he has represented for 30 years) to chain restaurants and stores, and boutique fitness operators, he has been instrumental in helping companies with their deployment into the tri state area.

In addition to Stew Leonard’s, Jeffrey currently represents Dollar Tree in CT, Kohl’s in CT & Westchester; Chopt Creative Salad Company & Dos Toros in CT and Westchester, XPO Brands (Club Pilates, CycleBar, Stretch Lab, Pure Barre, AKT, Yoga 6, Rumble, Stride, Row House) in CT and Westchester, UPS Store in selected markets in Westchester and CT, and Jimmy John’s in Fairfield and New haven County, CT.

As a Landlord agent, he has headed up leasing efforts for major institutions such as Kimco Realty, Kite Realty, Cedar Realty Trust, Urstadt Biddle Properties, Toll Brothers, Lennar, Co-Finance Group, and local operators such as Oster Properties, and The Serota Organization.

Jeffrey has been with RIPCO Real Estate since 2013 and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
