Tenant representation includes, B&B Hospitality Group, Juliana’s Pizza, 5 Napkin Burger, The Grey Dog, Hogsalt Hospitality, Jacob’s Pickles, Frank Stella, S.L.T. Pilates, Miccass Physical Therapy, Bunk Sandwiches, Terrapin Care Stations, Pure Barre among others. Expertise focused on Restaurant tenants (and advisory roles for Restaurant spaces) stems from 15 years of experience within NY and Colorado restaurants with extensive knowledge of both Kitchen and management operations.

Eric was born and raised in NY and has lived in NYC and Southern Westchester for 32 years. He has been with RIPCO since 2018 and is a licensed Real Estate salesperson in New York.
