Notable tenant representation includes REI Coop, Daniella Kallmeyer, Astrid & Miyu, The Elder Statesman, Simone Rocha, Club Pilates, and StretchLab. On the landlord side, Emily works with Acadia Realty Trust, Brookfield Properties, The Related Companies, Gordon Property, L3 Capital, The Naftali Group, and RREEF Management, among others.
Some standout deals include representing The Naftali Group at 1165 and 1045 Madison Avenue with tenants like Swarovski, Frederic Malle (Estee Lauder), Todd Snyder (American Eagle), and Le Labo (Estee Lauder) as well as securing Minuto Bauli’s first flagship at 866 Broadway and Akin’s Army at 636 Broadway.
Emily earned a BFA from the University of Michigan and a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute. She is a licensed salesperson in New York and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
