Doug Weinstein

Doug joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2012 and has nearly three decades of industry experience. He specializes in representing tenants and landlords in Long Island as well as the Outer Boroughs of New York City.

Doug has assisted many of his tenant clients in their large-scale retail expansions. He completed over 30 transactions with Party City over 12 years. He represented Quiznos Sub in their roll out in Long Island, completing over 50 deals for them. He is also the leasing agent for The Men’s Wearhouse, Harbor Freight Tools, Chipotle and Starbucks, among many others.

On the ownership side, Doug leased the former Toys ‘R’ Us space on Jamaica Avenue for J. W. Mays, represented Cord Meyer Development in their expansion at The Bay Terrace in Bayside and represented Emmes at 311 Fordham Road in The Bronx, where he attracted tenants such as Fun Zone and 99 Cent Depot. He also represented Emmes in the sale of 37-25 Junction Boulevard in Queens. He has served Astoria Federal Savings by selling and/or leasing disposition properties in Astoria and Long Island City. Recently he was involved in the leasing of Willis Row in Roslyn Heights working with AJM Real Estate to upgrade the tenancy which includes CVS, Starbucks, Chop’t, City MD and Barry’s Bootcamp.

Doug earned a B.S. degree in Marketing from George Washington University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
