David Zhang is an Analyst in the Investment Sales Group at RIPCO Real Estate. David focuses on underwriting, data research, and valuation modeling for commercial investment properties throughout NYC and the outer boroughs.
David joined RIPCO in November of 2022. Prior to joining the investment sales team, David worked in the investment management industry focused on financial research and portfolio management. He attended the University of California, San Diego where he studied Economics. He previously worked as an investment analyst at North America Casin Group where he was responsible for financial research and analysis.
He currently resides in Long Island City and is interested in topics related to sports, music, and philosophy.
