Daniel Glazer

Daniel Glazer joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2005 as a licensed salesperson, becoming Vice President in 2019. He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation in Long Island, the outer boroughs of New York City, Westchester County, and Southern Connecticut.

As a retail tenant representative, some of Daniel’s exclusive clients, past and present include Ace Hardware, Altice – dba Cablevision, Autozone, Dollar Tree / Family Dollar, New Balance, Texas Roadhouse, Red Robin, Salon’s by J.C., C2 Education, Smokey Bones, Orangetheory Fitness, Xponential Brands (AKT, BFT, Club Pilates, Cycle Bar, Pure Barre, Row House, Rumble Boxing, Stretch Lab, Stride & Yoga Six), Firestone, La-Z-Boy, Tropical Smoothie Café, Chop’t Creative Salad Co., Smashburger, Visionworks and others. Among his tenant representation work, he was instrumental in Xponential’s various brand concept introduction and continued expansion with 25+ deals on Long Island, European Wax Center’s initial expansion into Long Island and Queens with over 20 deals and Tropical Smoothie Café’s growth on Long Island.

With landlord representation, Daniel currently is responsible for over 2 million square feet of retail and has been exclusively retained by Kimco Realty, Kite Realty Group, RPAI, RXR Realty, Acadia Realty Trust, Urban Edge, BLDG Management, Federal Realty Investment Trust, Cedar Realty Trust, Solil Management, Bridge 33, amongst others. Notable sales transactions include his representation of Trinity Place Holdings in the sale of the former Syms building at 695 Merrick Avenue in Westbury, New York to Beechwood Homes.

Daniel is a New York State Licensed Salesperson and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
