Juliana Chiarelli

Juliana began her career as an Associate at RIPCO in 2021. With a primary focus on retail leasing, she specializes in landlord and tenant representation throughout Long Island.

Juliana is an active member of ICSC, Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS), and CIBS Women’s Committee, in which she was featured in Long Island Business News in 2022 as the organization’s youngest member. Juliana has also been honored with CIBS Rising Star Award in 2022 and featured in New York Real Estate Journal’s Women in Real in Commercial Estate of 2023. In 2024, she was awarded with Long Island Business News’ Rising Star in Commercial Real Estate.

Prior to joining RIPCO, Juliana worked for Consigli Construction as a project management intern on the company’s mixed-use project, One Clinton, in Brooklyn. She is a graduate of Villanova University, where she studied Economics, Psychology, and Political Science, and worked part-time as a server for First Watch Restaurants.
