Congratulations to Ryan Tucker, Director of RIPCO Miami, who has been named among Connect CRE’s Florida & Gulf Coast 2024 Next Generation Award winners.
Ryan represents tenants and landlords, specializing in retail properties in Florida. Notable deals include representing restaurant Philipe Chow in securing its flagship location, a 14,000-square-foot space at 1 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach. He also managed the $8.1-million acquisition of a single-tenant net lease for Chase Bank in Miami’s MiMO district.
Tucker is part of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation’s Young Leadership program and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Jewish Museum of Florida. He contributes to the Aventura Marketing Council and is a ULI and ICSC’s Next-Gen Committee member.
