In Brooklyn, RIPCO’s Michelle Abramov and Maxwell Greengrass worked with garage owner Red Apple Real Estate and new parking tenant Metropolis to lease space at:

🚗 The Giovanni at 81 Fleet Place
🚗 Ocean Drive at 1 Ocean Drive
In Manhattan, RIPCO’s Gene Spiegelman, Jeffrey Rosbash, Doug Kleiman, and Morgan Singer represented landlord 20 East Ninth Street Corporation in the lease of 🚗 The Brevoort East Garage to Icon Parking.
