Panera Bread will set up a new flagship outpost at Hearst Tower, one of NYC’s most legendary landmarks. It is located at 949 Eighth Avenue, where it will occupy a corner space on West 56th Street.
The chain of fast-casual cafés leased 2,510 SF on the ground floor of the 46-story building, where it plans to debut their new “Urban Concept”. Congrats to Andrew Mandell and Sam Martorella of RIPCO who represented Panera Bread in the deal.
