Recent Development Project
Bellmore, New York for Northwell Health
RIPCO Management strategically advised the property assemblage of parcels in Bellmore, New York, at the intersection of Beltagh and Bellmore Avenues. After securing multiple tenant relocations, the property was leased to Northwell Health under a redevelopment plan to include full exterior renovation and turnkey interior installation. Construction was completed in Spring 2019 and Northwell Health now operates administrative and patient care in the 16,000 sq ft built-to-suit building.

Michael Korff, President
Michael Korff has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry in the New York metropolitan area. He has overseen the management and development of more than 1 million SF including tenant leasing, ground-up construction, renovations, risk management, financing and tax certiorari. Michael received his BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University, his Masters in Real Estate from NYU and is a member of the ICSC.
Kali Valenzuela, Vice President of Business Development and Client Services
Kali Valenzuela has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate industry in the New York metropolitan area. He has held various roles in acquisitions, asset management and business development while working for several prominent real estate development and investment firms. Prior to joining Ripco Management, Kali led the strategic investment initiatives of more than 1 million SF in commercial property including retail, mixed-use, multifamily and development projects. Kali received his BA in History from Bowdoin College, his Masters in Real Estate from NYU.
Mark Kaplan, Principal
Mark serves as the COO for Ripco, overseeing all day-to-day activities and is responsible for growth of the brokerage business, implementing new initiatives and establishing additional service lines. Prior to joining Ripco, Mark was a Principal of Kabro Associates, a privately-held real estate development and management company. Before joining Kabro, Mark was a large-loan CMBS originator at Credit Suisse. Mark is a co-founder of the Long Island Real Estate Group’s (LIREG) Next Generation Division and is an Executive Board Member. Mark earned his JD with honors from Columbia University where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and graduated with honors from Tulane University with a BSM in Finance. Mark is a licensed real estate broker and member of the New York State Bar Association.
Jay Feingold, Chief Financial Officer
Jay Feingold has more than 15 years experience in public accounting and private sector financing and has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2006. Before joining MetroCapital Realty, Mr. Feingold held the position of Senior Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in New York. He is a graduate of Florida State University and holds an active CPA license in the states of Florida and New York.
Jeffrey Riccio, VP Property Management
With over 25 years in the shopping center industry, Jeffrey has overseen property management of more than 4 million SF of retail space. Jeffrey previously served as the Director of Operations at General Growth Properties' Sunrise Mall in Massapequa, NY. Property Manager for Levin Management, and Regional Property Manager for Forest City Ratner Companies, where he oversaw the Queens and and Bronx properties. Jeffrey has been recognized by numerous organizations including the American Red Cross, Town of Babylon and the County of Suffolk for dedication and community service.
