Lidl Supermarket and CVS Pharmacy will soon become the new anchor tenants at Park Slope’s newest development located at 120 Fifth Avenue.
The mixed-use property is comprised of 180‐unit residences and approximately 67,000 square feet of retail space. Lidl will occupy 25,000 SF on the ground floor and CVS will occupy 10,000 SF. Congrats to RIPCO’s Jason Pennington, Benjamin Weiner and Alex Beard who represented co-developers, William Macklowe Company and Senlac Ridge Partners, in the transactions.
