Position Overview
RIPCO Real Estate is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a top-performing Executive Vice President specializing in retail leasing and work with exciting clients such as Paris Baguette, Lightbridge Academy and more. . . Based in our new Red Bank, NJ office. Daily responsibilities include facilitating smooth coordination between client objectives and leasing strategies.
Skills and Competencies
• Lead Management: Screen incoming leads and identify high-priority opportunities requiring immediate broker attention
• CRM Administration: Create and maintain up-to-date lead and client contacts, track follow-ups, and generate outreach emails
• Deal Support: Facilitate transactions by working with the agent to prepare LOIs (letter of intent), and status reports
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage agent’s calendar, arrange property viewings, and coordinate with clients
• Executive Support: Provide direct support to the Executive Vice President, including managing communications, preparing presentations and reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in administrative or sales support role (real estate experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a major plus
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with a professional demeanor, capable of working independently
