Job Purpose
Join a high-performing retail leasing team at RIPCO Real Estate, located in Elmwood Park, New Jersey. In this role, you’ll work alongside top-producing Executive Vice Presidents, who specialize in retail leasing and work with exciting clients such as Paris Baguette, Lightbridge Academy and more. Additionally, our clients include prominent property owners and developers, as well as exciting retailers, restaurants and fitness brands.
You’ll be immersed in all aspects of the leasing process – from site selection and market analysis to lease negotiations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Real estate experience (commercial or residential) is preferred, and a deep knowledge of the New Jersey market is essential. A real estate license is not required to start but must be obtained shortly after hire. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Executive Vice President on business development and active deals
- Handle in-bound leads and cultivate relationships
- Canvas and source retail opportunities across New Jersey
- Conduct detailed market research and outreach
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and status report
- Engage in extensive client management
Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in sales or real estate experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM management
