Job Purpose

You’ll be joining a high-performing team led by Greg Batista and Michelle Abramov, known for their market expertise, collaborative leadership style, and deep client relationships across Queens and the greater New York City area. This role offers hands-on mentorship, real-deal exposure, and the chance to grow your pipeline through a strong team infrastructure.

You will receive direct mentorship from senior brokers Greg Batista and Michelle Abramov, along with access to RIPCO’s internal research, marketing, and technology resources. You’ll gain exposure to exclusive listings across Queens and benefit from a collaborative, growth-focused office culture featuring a competitive commission structure and clear pathways for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate with senior leadership to execute exclusive property listings.
  • Conduct property tours and engage potential new clients.
  • Generate and cultivate prospects for current and future listings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and marketing to develop and implement listing strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date market intelligence, including neighborhood trends, comps, and data for target areas.

Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies

  • Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or actively pursuing licensure
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to build a book of business
  • Interest in retail leasing for landlord/tenant representation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Compensation

  • Independent Contractor (1099).  Full commission structure with accelerated splits and performance-based incentives
  • Unlimited earning potential – your success drives your income
  • First-year earnings for high-performing Associates typically range from $50,000 – $75,000, with significant growth opportunities

Investment Sales Associate

Our team is the #1 middle markets investment sales team in NYC/Outer boroughs. Our transactions surpass $5B with over 500 properties sold throughout the Tristate and Florida. We are looking for a motivated individual to help continue to grow our footprint and promote the Ripco brand. We present all our team members with the opportunity to bring in as much business as they can, within a structured team setting and proper compensation. Our goal as a team is to motivate our brokers and build a heavy footprint throughout the Tri-State, and beyond.

Responsibilities
• Work directly with the Vice President, Kevin Louie and Vice Chairman, Stephen R. Preuss Sr.
• Assist in executing exclusive listings, including:
• Executing property tours
• Generating prospects for listings
• Working with senior members and marketing team to develop marketing plans for listings
• Maintain neighborhood data and trends for focus areas
• Attend networking events to promote the team and brand

Qualifications
• Bachelor’ Degree in Business or related focus – Real Estate School preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate brokerage preferred
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – most importantly Excel
• Car preferred
• Self-motivated and self-starter

Compensation
Shared team commission structure to ensure accelerated and compressed time frames in your first year along with elevated splits for originated transactions.
