Real estate experience (commercial or residential) is preferred, and a deep knowledge of the Long Island market is essential. A real estate license is not required to start but must be obtained shortly after hire.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Vice President on business development and active deals
- Handle in-bound leads and cultivate relationships
- Canvas and source retail opportunities across Long Island
- Conduct detailed market research and outreach
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and status report
- Engage in extensive client management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years in sales or real estate experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

RIPCO Real Estate is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support a top-performing Vice President specializing in retail leasing. Based in our Long Island, NY office, this position plays a key role in supporting high-profile rollouts for brands such as Van Leeuwen Ice Cream and Joe & the Juice. The role will also involve supporting the marketing of properties for top property owners and developers, helping to attract ideal retail tenants. Daily responsibilities include facilitating smooth coordination between client objectives, sales and marketing initiatives, and leasing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare property and tenant marketing materials.
- Lead Management: Screen incoming leads and identify high-priority opportunities requiring immediate broker attention
- CRM Administration: Create and maintain up-to-date lead and client contacts, track follow-ups, and generate outreach emails
- Deal Support: Facilitate transactions by working with the agent to prepare LOIs (letter of intent), and status reports
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage agent’s calendar, arrange property viewings, and coordinate with clients
- Executive Support: Provide direct support to the Vice President, including managing communications, preparing presentations and reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or sales support role (real estate experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a major plus
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a professional demeanor, capable of working independently
- Not a remote position, but open to being flexible for the right person including full or part time
Salary Range:
Part-time $30 – $45/hour or Full-time $50K – $80K, commensurate with experience
