Ivy Prep Early Learning Academy is opening its second Staten Island location, leasing 15,458 SF at 17-19 Hylan Boulevard in Dongan Hills.
The property, owned by RCM Group, features three stories and a 2,770-SF playground, designed to meet the needs of families in the surrounding community.
