CardVault by Tom Brady, a retail experience offering sports trading cards, collectibles and memorabilia, has signed an eight-year lease in SoHo at 244 Lafayette Street, between Prince and Spring Streets.
This 3,000 SF space will be CardVault’s first New York City location and flagship, after opening two other stores in the region this year in East Hampton, NY, and at the American Dream Mall in East Rutherford, NJ.
Congrats to RIPCO’s Richard Skulnik and Ben Davis who represented ownership.
