Todd Cooper co-founded RIPCO Real Estate with close friend, Peter Ripka. The goal was and is to deliver services to retailers and owners that have requirements related to retail real estate in metro NY. Throughout the history of the company, tenant representation and the project leasing business have been core business competencies for our organization.
Todd helped complete over 50 deals with Target, 60 Best Buy deals, over 18 TJX deals, 65 Petco deals, 75 TD Bank deals, and 55 Panera deals, among others.
Before founding RIPCO, Todd was VP of Leasing at Kimco Realty Co. and has a B.S. from Syracuse University. Todd has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1993 and Ripco exhibits in Vegas, New York, and myriad regional shows.
