Steven Jacobson joined RIPCO’s Tampa office in April 2026 as a Senior Associate, bringing over a decade of experience in commercial real estate.
He began his career in 2014 while attending the University of Denver, focusing on underwriting and appraisal review across a range of asset classes at Citywide Banks. After graduating, Steven built a foundation in office and industrial valuation, developing a disciplined, data-driven perspective on asset performance and market dynamics.
Since 2018, Steven has advised both landlords and tenants, guiding clients through leasing and investment decisions with a strategic, research-backed approach.
Now based in Tampa, Steven is focused on leveraging RIPCO’s platform and his market expertise to deliver thoughtful, results-oriented solutions for his clients.
He is known for a balanced approach – combining conservative underwriting with innovative thinking – to navigate complex transactions. Outside of real estate, Steven is an active trader and enjoys golf, fishing, and snowboarding.
