Stephanie Botchway

Stephanie Botchway is an Associate in the Investment Sales Group at RIPCO Real Estate. Stephanie focuses on investment sales in NYC and the outer boroughs working alongside Managing Director, Kevin Louie.

Stephanie joined RIPCO in October of 2022. Prior to joining the investment sales team, Stephanie worked in business operations in the legal industry. She attended Miami University where she studied City and Regional Planning which not only sparked her interest in commercial real estate but provided the opportunity to learn the rich history of real estate in both the public and private sector.

She currently resides in Manhattan and enjoys traveling, fashion and spending time with family and friends.
