Patrick Boyle joined RIPCO in November 2024 as an Associate on Brian Wheelan and Mitchel Flaherty’s top-performing Investment Sales team. He specializes in multifamily investment properties in Harlem and Upper Manhattan.
Patrick began his real estate career at a boutique brokerage in upstate New York, where he gained a strong foundation in the real estate industry. He is originally from southern New Jersey and has been a resident of NYC for over a decade. Patrick has extensive experience in sales, hospitality, and entertainment, including securing funding for independent films and television.
Patrick holds a BA in Journalism from Rutgers University and is a SAG-AFTRA member. Recent credits include FBI (2024) and Poker Face (2024).
