Pamela Russo

Pam Russo joined RIPCO’s New Jersey office in 2016.

Pam has superb knowledge about locations, value, property types, pricing, building requirements, and zoning in Northern New Jersey and portions of Central Jersey.

Pam works exclusively in retail and loves digging the dirt and compiling the pieces with a balanced mix of tenants and landlords that she reps. She specializes in land and pad site deals as a preferred broker for fast food and gas/convenience concepts; is also experienced in leasing and selling on highways and New Jersey’s Northern business districts. Born and raised in Wayne NJ, she has witnessed the tremendous growth to the area that has transformed North Jersey into a very sought after commercial and retail destination.

Prior to RIPCO, Pam was at Weichert for 9 years. Pam is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
