Nathan Timmons

Nathan is an Analyst specializing in retail investment sales at RIPCO Real Estate. He is responsible for the financial underwriting, research, analysis, and transaction management of multi-tenant and single tenant retail properties primarily in the state of Florida. Over his career, he has taken part in the underwriting and valuation of over $300 million worth of real estate. Prior to joining RIPCO, Nathan was an associate with CBRE’s West Florida Retail Investment Sales team, where he underwrote and assisted in the transactions of retail properties mostly along Florida’s West Coast.

Mr. Timmons received his BS from Florida State University’s College of Business in Finance and double majored in Real Estate. During his time in college, Nathan held internship positions with Timber Development and Greystar.
