Maxwell joined RIPCO in 2024, specializing in the parking asset class with a focus on garage acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and EV consultancy. He works closely with owners, operators, investors, and developers, advising on all facets of the parking process. He has collaborated with a diverse client base and successfully negotiated the purchase and sale of several notable garages across New York metropolitan market.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Maxwell was with Winick Realty Group, where he played a key role in launching WRG Mobility. He also was instrumental in securing a long-term lease for Revel’s first EV rideshare fleet location in New York City.
In addition to his parking expertise, Maxwell continues to be active in retail real estate, representing both landlords and tenants across New York City.
Maxwell was born and raised in NYC. He is passionate about sports and currently resides in New York City with his wife and son.
