Mark Leitter is an investment advisor specializing in office and industrial properties within RIPCO’s Investment Sales division, operating out of the firm’s Tampa office. He represents a range of clients, including buyers, sellers, and owner-operators, in the acquisition and disposition of commercial investment assets throughout Florida.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Mr. Leitter held roles with multiple institutional asset managers, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis. His background enables him to provide clients with data-driven insights and strategic guidance, with a particular emphasis on asset underwriting and valuation.
Mr. Leitter earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual majors in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. He has previously held the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designations, reflecting his deep expertise in capital markets and risk management.
