Lindsay Zegans

Lindsay Zegans joined RIPCO Real Estate in 2013 and is a Vice President in the company’s Manhattan office focusing on landlord and tenant representation.

As an expert in national and local tenant representation, Lindsay crafts thoughtful and detailed expansion strategies, performs market analysis, and optimizes locations to meet her clients’ needs. Among her clients and Tenant’s she has represented include Planta Restaurants, Chaps & Co, Vuori, Physique 57 and Abercrombie & Fitch. She has facilitated in helping brands establish their first brick & mortar store and successfully expand beyond one location, guiding them through the entire process.

Lindsay’s expertise extends to representing landlords throughout Manhattan, working on various retail leasing projects such as mixed-use developments, retail condominiums, and redevelopments. Her portfolio includes collaborations with esteemed Landlords such as Premier Equities, Extell Development , Dalan Management, Magnum Real Estate, Slate Property Group, RXR Realty, SL Green, Acadia Realty Trust, East End Capital, and K Property Group. She has successfully represented Extell at One Manhattan Square in their lease of over 24,000 SF to Brooklyn Fare.

Licensed as a Real Estate salesperson and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Lindsay also holds a degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and currently calls Manhattan her home.
