Lily Harrington is a brokerage administrator at RIPCO Real Estate, supporting the brokerage team and operations. She joined the firm in July 2026.
Lily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Science, Technology, and Society from Colby College, where she was also a member of the field hockey team.
Prior to RIPCO, Lily interned with the Private Capital team at Newmark and completed a fellowship with CBRE, gaining valuable experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Born and raised in Connecticut, Lily also lived in England for 6 years. Outside of work, Lily enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, and traveling.
