Kevin Keenan

Kevin Keenan joined RIPCO’s Cannabis Division in 2022. A licensed lawyer and real estate broker in New York, Kevin leads the division’s operations and research. The Cannabis Division launched in 2019 to serve the growing demand for cultivation, manufacturing, and retail spaces in the New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Florida. Through a strategic partnership with Zoned Properties, Inc., the RIPCO Cannabis Division covers the entire United States. The division specializes in the complex regulatory, leasing, and sales environment for cannabis real estate. It has brokered deals for leading national cannabis operators and boutique local cultivators and dispensaries.

Kevin’s background is in nonprofit leadership and administration, helping premiere organizations grow their impact, resources, and operations. He has lived and worked in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
