Justin Berryman serves as Managing Director for RIPCO Real Estate based out of their Miami office. Mr. Berryman has over 13 years of experience in the industry representing landlords, tenants, and developers with site selection, leasing negotiation, property management, acquisition, and disposition of retail, medical, and multifamily assets. Clients Justin has exclusively represented includes TransformCo, Site Centers, Westwood Financial, Kimco, Thrive Vet, West Marine, and Sanitas Medical Centers.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Mr. Berryman served as Senior Director for 8 years at Franklin St starting as head of the Atlanta landlord rep division before relocating to Miami in 2017 to establish and grow the landlord and tenant rep division in the South Florida market. Justin has also worked for an Atlanta based shopping center developer, as a retail investment sales Associate at Marcus and Millichap, was co-owner of two ice cream/frozen dessert franchises, and in 2010 started an investment fund acquiring residential and multifamily properties at significantly discounted prices caused by the 2008 recession.
Mr. Berryman is a licensed real estate agent in Florida and Georgia and involved with industry groups including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he served on the Southeast ICSC Planning Committee. Most recently, he was recognized as a 2021 “Retail Influencer” by Real Estate Forum Magazine, CoStar “Power Broker” in Atlanta in 2014 and 2015 and in 2018 CoStar “Power Broker” for Miami-Dade County, and in 2015 was selected as an “Emerging Leader – Retail” by Real Estate Forum. While at Franklin St, he was awarded Franklin St’s Sales Achievement Award 2015-2020, Franklin St’s 2019 Top Producer – Retail, and Franklin St’s 2014 Rookie of the Year for his outstanding sales.
Mr. Berryman attended Auburn University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship while also playing for the Auburn Tigers football team.
